Do I have a drink for you this week! It’s December and we just got our first dusting of snow on Martha’s Vineyard, which inspired this drink. This is great for those with a sweet tooth, and it tastes exactly like Cinnamon Toast Crunch!
- 2 oz. vanilla vodka
- 2 oz Rum Chata
- 1 oz. white creme de cacao
- Lemon wedge
- Sanding sugar
- Edible while pearls
- Cut a half-inch slit into the lemon wedge and rub it around the rim of the glass.
- Pour sanding sugar & edible white pearls into a shallow dish then dip the rim in the sugar to coat evenly. Gently shake off excess sugar.
- Add the vodka, rum chata, and creme de cacao into a shaker filled with ice. Shake well and strain mixture into glass.
